We are taking a quick trip back home to Virginia this weekend and so naturally I am still scrambling to get everything packed up and we leave in two hours!! You wouldn't think that you would need to pack so many things for a day and a half but babies come with so much stuff. I am almost positive that eighty percent of our apartment is Maddy's!! On days like today Hello Fresh saves me!!

By the end of the week we are both exhausted and just want to relax and spend time as a family so we chose their package that offers three meals and we use a meal each night for dinner on the weekends.

Our absolute favorite meal so far has been the honey glazed-pork tenderloin but they have so many different and delicious meals each week to choose from. What Maddy and I had for lunch today was called the "Little Ears" Pasta! We loved it and it's so nice to have a nice quick meal that you didn't have to put much thought into!
